Square Peg Round Hole is a new innovative change management company helping teams generate practical problems to organisational issues using everyone’s voice with a strength-based methodology involving motivational interviewing, workshops and coaching.
Jess Young contacted That Web Person after she had created a website using a Wix template, she didn’t feel was delivering the value add she was looking for. Already in discussions with potential clients, she needed a site which reflected the company’s expertise and experience in change management, but also set the tone for the friendly, approachable services they offered. It was also important that the potential client quickly got a good understanding of Square Peg Round Hole’s strength-based methods for delivering effective change within a range of organisations.
That Web Person started with a comprehensive review of the current website providing a candid perspective on how effective it was at delivering its key messages to its users.
Like any new business, Jess and Irfraan were still refining and testing their business services. The wonderful thing about a website is that this can change in an instant to reflect your new and current thinking.
The audit was a useful starting point. We also reviewed their competitors to get an understanding of the language used in the sector and where their company would fit in the market. From here That Web Person could really nail down Jess and Irfaan’s business idea. We focused on the benefits for the client, the outputs, the reasons to choose them over the competitors.
The site was redesigned using a Squarespace template. The new site has a consistent brand throughout, the content has been refined to better communicate what they do and clear calls to action have been added to enable people to easily reach out to them.
Jess and Irfaan are now confident in their business offering, confident to share their new site with potential clients, and confident to update the content as their business grows.
