Testimonials
“Reena’s commitment to our website refresh project was truly exceptional. She conducted a thorough analysis of our site’s performance, identified areas for improvement, and led the creation of a user-friendly, high-performing platform.
The project transformed our website by enhancing the user experience, boosting engagement, improving content quality, and strengthening analytics. Reena interviewed stakeholders from across and beyond UCL to understand key user journeys and needs, using this data to drive a complete site restructure. She also upskilled our team in writing web-friendly content and tailoring it to different audiences, ensuring accessibility remained a key priority.
Reena’s expertise, professionalism, and positivity throughout this complex process resulted in an easy-to-navigate website and a stronger online presence. Thank you, Reena!"

“Reena worked with us to help streamline and update the user journey of our complex website ‘Sustainable UCL.’
She interviewed and surveyed stakeholders from across the institution to develop a new navigation system, streamlined the user journey for multiple audiences, and made the back-end process simpler for our team.
Reena reviewed hundreds of pages, flagged duplications, wrote content, and checked accessibility standards. She developed a tagging system to reduce future content creation, making it simpler for us and our users.
Her dedication, professionalism, and positive attitude over a year-long project resulted in the creation of an easy-to-use website and a professional online presence.
Thank you, Reena!”
Elli and Hannah, Sustainable UCL
Working with Reena has been an absolute joy.
She has approached our complex project with professionalism and positivity and has played an instrumental role in the success of the website launch.
Reena’s work to identify our audiences, their interests and their digital touch points helped us to shape the information architecture of our new website and to present a complex set of interconnected information in a user-friendly manner.
I would highly recommend Reena and I look forward to working with her again”
Josh Kubale, Director of Communications, Earthwatch UK
Reena helped my colleagues and I to create a completely new web resource for our students at the Bartlett School of Planning (BSP), UCL. The BSP Graphic Skills Portal is a set of step-by-step guides and tutorials aimed at supporting students' development and learning of graphic skills.
The website was launched last October, and it's been amazingly received by both staff and students. Working with Reena has been truly great, she understood what we were aiming to achieve and helped us clarify our ideas along the way, proving very constructive feedbacks and streamlined solutions to what was initially a complex set of instructions.
She offered assistance with the branding as well as the overall layout and functionality of the website, and was really patience while waiting for us to finalise the resources we wanted to include on the website.
I couldn't recommend her more!
Valentina Giordano MRTPI, Lecturer (Teaching) in Urban Design, The Bartlett School of Planning, UCL
Reena joined our transformation team to support a series of high-profile digital projects, including the development and launch of a new Research and Innovation portal, bringing the information researchers need through the lifecycle of their project into one place and structuring information to suit a much-improved user experience. The portal provides important guidance and support to thousands of UCL staff and was very well received, providing an excellent basis for further service improvement and improved engagement across the programme. The site is easy to use, accessible and presents information in a format that suits UCL’s research and innovation community.
Reena is great to work with, bringing a proactive, thoughtful and future-focused approach. Reena delivers great quality outcomes on-time and has the awareness to make connections to other relevant activity. I would recommend her to anyone looking for support with their digital projects.
Ben Coupland, Strategic Change Lead, Change and Improvement, UCL
Reena is an exceptional web designer who exceeded our expectations in every way. She was responsible for creating our Everyday Economy Website from scratch. Her approachability and quick response times made working with her a breeze, and her extensive knowledge of how things worked with our Information Services Division was truly impressive.
In addition to designing the website, Reena liaised with an external graphic designer to create graphics that perfectly reflected our project. Her attention to detail and eye for design helped create a visually appealing and user-friendly website that has been a great success for the dissemination of our research.
As a team with no prior web design experience, we really appreciated Reena's patience and willingness to explain everything in detail. She even took the time to run a mini workshop for us, which was incredibly helpful in ensuring that we were able to update and populate the website without any difficulty.
We would highly recommend Reena for any future web design work. She is a true professional, and we were fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with her.
Dr Dimitrios Panayotopoulos-Tsiros, Research Association, The Bartlett School of Planning
When I first approached Reena about my new project for redeveloping our Fire Safety Webpages she was nothing but positive and encouraging about the results we would have at the end, whereas I was so apprehensive due to the amount of information we needed to sieve through, organised and portray in a more accessible way.
Reena helped me to achieve webpages that were simple and informative and more user-friendly to visually look at.
As a result of these pages, we now have reduced queries and an easy way of wayfinding for our users. Reena is incredible, I thank her entirely for all her support over the years.
Amy Xuereb, Fire Safety Business Manager
Converting our website from one platform to another was a daunting task for us – we knew we wanted to improve the look and feel of our existing website but had no experience in doing this.
We engaged Reena to assist us in updating our website and we couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome! What was once a dated and unengaging website is now focussed and interesting.
Reena’s insight on optimising user experience helped us transform what could be seen as a mundane and challenging topic into something informative, user friendly and appealing.
Reena was always on hand for any queries, was reassuring when dealing with our concerns and helped us to achieve exactly what we wanted within some quite specific deadlines.
We would not hesitate in recommending Reena for any website assistance large or small. Thank you, Reena, for your impressive and valued assistance.
Tracy Samson, Systems & Administration Manager, UCL Safety Services
Reena O’Neill, “That Web Person” was so much more than that! She helped us build a website from absolute zero to an all-singing all-dancing 60 pages of visitor-focused, clear and interesting communication. She was magnificently patient with our changes and attentive to detail in working out the navigation and putting functionality together with our content. It was great to work with her.
Hester Abrams, Project Leader, Willesden Jewish Cemetery “House of Life”
Reena delivered a great session in our digital masterclass workshop. She pitched it at exactly the right level, and all the delegates told us that they had useful ideas and guidance to take away. Reena got everyone engaged with the session and contributing to it - she made it a great success.
